bardzo prosze o sprawdzenie tekstu. bede wdzieczna za pomoc i z gory dziekuje za wszelkie uwagi. Life in the countryside has both disadvantages and advantages. One of the advantages is that the air is fresh and the water is clean so you can grow fruit and vegetables. Moreover if you want you can go and relax in your garden or go to the river. Another advantage is that the life of the village is not as dangerous as life in the city because everybody know each other and people are not affraid to walk to dusk. However, for every plus there is a minus. There are no such things as shops, cinemas, centre, clubs so if you want to go to shop center you must go to the city and sometimes it is long way. Another problem is unemployment. A lot of people do not have a job and money so they can't buy any agricultural machinery and start with their own buisness. In the city have more development opportunities than in countryside.There are more good schools, universities, it is easier to get a good job. In the big city is an independent, easier to shape their own individuality. In conclusion I think that the life in countryside is for people who love peace and quiet. For young people in rural life can be boring. I would like to not live in the countryside. I think that in rural areas many things changed. People build new houses, buildings and streets but still this is not the same as apartment in the city. | |

The immense flat water lagoon, created by the strip of land wrapping round the coastline, spreads for 50 km amidst mind blowing backdrops of the Sahara. The wind blows all year round 17- 35 knots and the temperature stays around 28°C all year. The flat water lagoon is home to dolphins, whales, flamingos and a huge variety of marine life. It is the perfect place to start kitesurfing and it is kiteable in any wind direction. The winter months bring on additional up to 12 ft. high waves on the Atlantic Ocean side of the lagoon to challenge the more experienced riders. Yes, I've been in England, London. I have brother there, sister, uncle, cousins, and alot of friends! Maybe much more than 100 pepole! IMO London is cool. I like this place, maybe becouse I live to travel, meet new pepole and explore. But I would not to live there. Too much cars, too much pepole like for me. I like my small village near Białystok, and I want to stay here. In future I would like to live here too, or nearby. I went to London by bus. Haven't go by plane, becouse London in that days was too much foggy. Travel by bus takes about 30 h. First by bus, then by ship, and then again by bus. When I came there was very, very foggy... I could see terrain about 50-60m of my view. Then I understood why I couldn't go by plane there in these days... I am allergy-prone person, so gentle, soft climate there was very good for me. London have alot of parks, and trees, alot of green! When I was there I was resting and exploreing all the time. My trip remained more than two weeks, so I saw much part of this beautyfull city, but not all. I saw a palace guards, you can grab their balls, and they will not move! London - eye is interesting thing too, but there was too big queues. You need to stay out from the small dark streets, especially after 8 p.m. for your own safe. And you need to keep your walet close! Watch for pickpockets! But London is very nice city at all and I like it. Pepole are gentle to each other. But don't say "nigga" to black. Hehe... If you like to travel like me, London waits for you. I would like to go there in future, but live - never. Cheers. Sorry for my ENG, it's weak. | |

Są to: Gosia Andrzejewicz z utworem „Pozwól żyć”, The Jet Set i „Just Call Me”, Mezo/Tabb i Mieczysław Szcześniak - „Wstawaj”, Stachursky - „Z każdym Twym oddechem” oraz Sumptuastic z utworem „Za jeden uśmiech Twój”. „Dostaliśmy kilkadziesiąt tysięcy głosów. Zdarzały się takie przypadki, że z jednego numeru IP dostawaliśmy kilka tysięcy głosów. Oczywiście traktowaliśmy to jak pojedynczy głos” – mówił wczoraj na konferencji Wojciech Jagielski z Radia Zet. 1. Practice on your own. Even Ueshiba said that an instructor can only impart a small fraction of the lessons in Aikido. That’s a hint to do some keiko on your own time. 2. Read some books. Not just about Aikido, but any martial art. Not just martial arts - there are all sorts of books that might make your Aikido light bulb go off. 3. Visit other Aikido dojos. Especially the ones in your own city. These other dojos are your family also. You should make a point to make friendly with them. For extra credit, when you visit, bring a gift - usually a bottle of sake is nice. 4. Invest in a nice set of bokken and jo. I personally own a set of Iwama styled ken and jo, made of Japanese white oak. I was a bit hesitant to order them at first because they were on the pricey side, but once I got my hands on them, I fell in love. 5. Practice weapons of some sort. Whether it is suburi or kata or kumi. Whether it is Saito Sensei or Saotome Sensei. Whether it’s Aikiken, Iaido, Kali, or Okinawan Kubodo. Weapons practice always does something good for you. 6. Learn to fold a hakama. You don’t want to be the person that shows up with their hakama crumpled and stuffed lazily in a duffle bag. Plus, you never know when you will be asked to fold someone’s hakama. 7. Learn how to take ukemi. This seems like a no brainer, but really, the art is literally hidden in the ukemi. I tell anyone that really wants to get good at Aikido two things: 1) take lots of ukemi 2)takes lots of ukemi. 8. Earn your Shodan. No, not so you can write your book or open your own school. Do it so that you can train with the big dogs at the seminars. Do it so that when you go to seminars, the guest instructor may pull you aside to share some insight. That’s all. 9. Go to seminars. Any chance you can. Just do it. 10. Take notes. About anything. Add as much detail as possible. Add diagrams and illustrations. Add pictures from your own camera or the internet. 11. Video everything you can. Seminars. Daily class. Your own practice. Your students. 12. Participate in discussions on internet forums. There are some really nice people out there that share all sorts of knowledge on these boards. Some of them might be someone you met at a seminar. Some of them might live on the other side of the world. And you can access them easily via the internet. 13. Write about your experience. And share it. It could be as simple as writing a email to someone. It could be a blog. It could be an article for a magazine or website. 14. Watch videos. There are so many videos out now. Between what you can buy, and what you can watch for free on sites like Youtube, there’s no reason to not be watching videos. 15. Take your instructor out for dinner. Or your student. Or your fellow training partner. Hang out, enjoy each other’s company outside of the dojo. 16. Come a little early, stay a bit later. Get to the dojo early if you can. Help with any setting up. Talk to any visitors that may arrive. Sneak in an extra long warm up. Stay a bit after class if you can. Help put things away. Work a bit more on something else. 17. Focus on your worst technique. My teacher told me that to get better, one should practice their worst technique until it is their best technique. Then repeat. 18. Become an expert. Aikido is the sum of interconnected parts. For example, one could practice everything in Aikido by only focusing on ukemi, or weapons. Pick a part that you think you have a knack for, and go at it. Pretty soon, you will have a basis for a growing level of expertise, because you have specialized. 19. Find someone that you can’t pin or throw. There is a lot to learn in success, and a lot to learn in not succeeding. When you realize what you don’t know, what you are not good at, that’s when you can really start to take command of your own progress. 20. Contribute to the art. Don’t be the person that just shows up when they feel like, ho-hum and such. Learn Aikido so that you can transmit it, improve it, share it with others. Take care of your teachers. Things like simply coming to every class, or always paying on time are always really appreciated. Take care of your fellow Aikidoka - always a smile and a hug. | |
